Information We Collect

When you enquire, we collect your name, work email, company, sector, company size, chosen service, message and contact preference. Bookings also include your appointment type, time, answers and optional telephone number. Assessment answers are included only when you submit them with an enquiry. The calculator and assessment otherwise run in your browser.

We record the enquiry page, referring page and campaign information in its URL. Our restricted customer system holds correspondence, notes, follow-up tasks and, where relevant, proposals, project records and documents you supply. Hosting services also process technical request and security information, such as IP addresses. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential third-party documents in an initial enquiry.

Why We Use Your Information

We use business contact information to respond to enquiries, arrange meetings, prepare proposals and follow up relevant discussions. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to requests and managing business relationships. Where you personally request steps towards a contract or are our contracting customer, we also use information to take those steps and perform the contract. We process records needed for accounting and other legal requirements on the basis of legal obligation.

We use limited technical information to protect the website and prevent abuse, in our legitimate interest in operating a secure service. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. If we ask for consent for a separate purpose, you can withdraw that consent by emailing us; this does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Who Can Access It

Authorised Install AI personnel use the restricted customer system. Providers of website hosting, database storage, file storage and account security process information to operate this service. Business email and calendar providers process communications and meeting details when those services are used. Professional advisers and public authorities may receive information where necessary for advice or legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

International Processing

Our hosting and communications providers operate internationally, so processing may take place outside the UK. Where a restricted international transfer is necessary, applicable UK data protection safeguards are required, such as an adequacy arrangement or approved contractual protections. Contact us for information about the providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your information.

How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry and booking information while needed to respond, complete agreed follow-up and manage an active business relationship. Retention decisions take account of the last meaningful contact, whether work or a dispute is outstanding, and whether the information remains useful and accurate. Contract, project and accounting records may need to be retained longer to meet legal requirements or establish and defend claims. Records are reviewed manually and deleted or anonymised when no longer needed; cancelling a meeting does not automatically delete the associated enquiry.

Your Rights

You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to object to direct marketing at any time. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

This website does not add advertising pixels or optional analytics cookies. Hosting and sign-in services may use necessary cookies for security and access. Providing enquiry information is voluntary, but we need the required contact details to respond or arrange a meeting.
